The Pre-Visit
Welcome! I’m thrilled to have you here! I know that trying out a new stylist and investing in your hair can feel a bit daunting, but you can relax—you're in great hands. I'm here to listen and help bring your vision to life, all made easy with online booking.
After you schedule your appointment online, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.
A reminder will be sent 72 hours ahead of your appointment, giving you the option to confirm or reschedule.
Additionally, you’ll receive a friendly reminder email and text 24 hours before your appointment.
The Consultation
I provide complimentary in-depth consultations for all services.
Consultations can be done either before your appointment or on the day of your service, depending on what you've booked. For any color correction or specialty gray blending service, I will send a digital consultation form via email to understand your hair aspirations in advance.
We'll discuss your hair journey—past, present, and future to develop a personalized plan that you will love.
My aim is to deliver the best quality of service, which involves asking the RIGHT questions.
After Goodbye
After completing your service, I'll guide you through your maintenance plan for your next visit. You’ll have the option to purchase products from me exclusively online.

I may ask for your permission to take before and after photos for my social media.

Lastly you will have the opportunity to prebook your next appointment with me or use the booking system to book at your convenience.
